About this piece
This flash piece is an orca with blue traditional-style waves wrapping around it. I wanted the orca to have a smoother black and grey look, while the waves add more movement and a pop of color to keep the design bold. I like this one because it feels clean and simple at first, but still has enough contrast to make it interesting. The shape has a nice flow to it, so it would work really well on an arm or leg where the orca can follow the body naturally.
