About this piece
This flash piece combines a snarling oni mask with the horns and legs of a stag beetle. I like how the realistic black and grey shading gives the mask more depth, while the sharp insect features make the whole thing feel a little more aggressive. This one’s for people who like Japanese inspired imagery, creepy creatures, and tattoos that mix traditional designs with something a little more unusual.
