When submitting a tattoo inquiry, please include your full name and as much information about your idea as possible. This helps me stay organized, understand what you're looking for, and provide accurate pricing and availability.
Tattoo Details
Please include the following information when filling out your booking form:
Size: Approximate size in inches. This helps me determine the amount of detail possible and provide accurate pricing.
Style: Describe the tattoo style you're interested in, such as American Traditional, realism, or a combination of both.
Concept: Explain your overall idea and any specific elements you'd like included.
The more information you provide, the easier it is for me to understand your vision!
Placement
Please be specific about where you'd like your tattoo (e.g., right outer forearm, left outer thigh, upper arm).
Placement can affect the design, sizing, and overall pricing. If you're unsure about placement, we can discuss what would work best for your tattoo.
Reference Images
If and when requested by me, please include at least 2 high-quality reference images that represent the subject, style, or overall direction you're interested in. More are always welcome!
Your references don't have to be exact. If you can't find precisely what you're envisioning, send something similar and explain what you'd like changed.
References help me better understand your idea. All custom designs are created specifically for you rather than copied directly from another artist's work.
Availability
I currently schedule tattoo appointments every day except Mondays and Thursdays, typically starting between 10 AM and 1 PM.
Other appointment times may be available depending on the project and my schedule.
All bookings are handled through my website at TitTats.com. Once your inquiry is submitted, I'll review everything and respond via email with availability, pricing, or any additional questions.
Pricing
Appointments are generally booked by session, depending on the size and complexity of your tattoo.
Hourly Rate: $200/hr (For smaller/shorter sessions)
Half Day (4 Hours): $800
Full Day (8 Hours): $1,600
Large-Scale / Multi-Session Projects: Consultation required to determine scheduling and pricing.
Smaller tattoos may be priced individually depending on size, placement, detail, and estimated tattooing time.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to officially secure your appointment date. All deposits are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
Half Day: $100 deposit
Full Day: $200 deposit
Large-Scale / Multi-Session Projects: $500 rolling deposit, applied toward the final session. This holds up to at least 4-6 months' worth of appointments. This amount is also project-based, ed but this guarantees you are in my books for the duration of your project.
Deposits must be paid in full before an appointment is officially booked.
Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person or project. Please review the rescheduling and cancellation policies before booking.
Rescheduling
I understand that things come up and schedules can change. However, I do ask that you respect the time reserved for your appointment.
You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice and keep your original deposit.
Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will require a new deposit to rebook.
A second reschedule will require a new deposit, regardless of how much notice is provided.
Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time and prepared for your scheduled appointment.
If I haven't heard from you within 20 minutes of your appointment time, your appointment will be considered a no-call/no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited.
If you're running late, please contact me as soon as possible.
Late arrivals do not extend your scheduled session time, and excessive lateness may require rescheduling and a new deposit.
Cancellations & No-Shows
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations result in forfeiture of your deposit, regardless of how much notice is provided.
No-call/no-shows automatically forfeit their deposit.
A new deposit is required to book any future appointments following a cancellation or no-show.
Consultations & Quotes
Consultations may be requested for larger, more detailed, or complex tattoo projects to ensure we're on the same page before moving forward.
Consultations are completely free.
Available in person or through Zoom.
A deposit is not required to schedule a consultation.
A non-refundable deposit is required to officially reserve your tattoo appointment following the consultation but does not need to be placed the same day. If a deposit is sent after the consultation day, expect availability to be different.
Pricing and session estimates will be discussed based on your design, size, placement, and overall project.
Early Design Viewing & Changes
All tattoo designs are shown on the day of your appointment and are not sent electronically beforehand through email, DMs, or other messaging platforms.
If you'd like to see your design before your appointment, we can arrange an in-person or Zoom preview a few days before your appointment. Please request this ahead of time.
You'll have the opportunity to review your design and discuss any adjustments before tattooing begins.
Small Changes: Minor adjustments can typically be made on the day of your appointment.
Major Changes: Significant changes to the design, size, or placement may require additional time, a price adjustment, or rescheduling.
I want you to be happy with your design, so please communicate any concerns before we begin tattooing!
Appointment Requirements
Please arrive prepared and able to safely receive your tattoo.
Signs of intoxication, significant sunburn, illness, irritated skin, or any other condition that makes tattooing unsafe may result in your appointment being rescheduled or canceled, with possible forfeiture of your deposit.
All clients must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid government-issued photo ID.
Accepted forms of identification include:
Driver's license or state-issued ID
U.S. or foreign passport
Military ID
Please ensure you have your identification available on the day of your appointment.
Client Conduct
I reserve the right to refuse or end service at any time.
Inappropriate, disrespectful, threatening, or unsafe behavior will result in the immediate termination of the conversation or tattoo session.
If a session is ended due to client behavior, your deposit will be forfeited, and payment for any tattooing time already completed will still be required.

Once I receive your inquiry, I'll review everything and reach out via email with any questions, pricing information, availability, or consultation details if needed.

All booking inquiries must go through my website. Inquiries sent through social media DMs will be directed to the online booking form.
